Technical Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Technician to join our Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other technology devices
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $19.50-$22.00 per hour.
