  • Communication: Act as a representative of Herc Rentals when interacting with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Maintenance: Keep tools and supplies in optimal condition to successfully complete projects.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ devices such as iPads, laptops, and smartphones to document project details, including daily notes and progress reports.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong independent thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Safe Driving: Operate box trucks and vans safely while loading and unloading equipment.
  • Flexibility: Be available for overtime and on-call duties as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Training: Participate in all required training sessions provided by Herc and manufacturers.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Employment Conditions

Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing mechanical and technical skills. Basic knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting in HVAC, Evaporative Cooling, Dehumidification, Heating, Air Purification, Remediation, and Ventilation is essential. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and continuously carry 5 pounds. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old.
