Front of House Supervisor – Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA
Compensation: Starting Base Salary – $50,000 – $59,000 per year

Position Overview:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. We seek individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a strong background in restaurant management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position within a full-service restaurant.
  • A proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in a corporate restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to commute as necessary.
  • ServSafe Certification is required.
