Job Summary

Family Savings Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Branch Teller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
  • Operate a teller computer terminal to access member information, perform financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist members with various financial services, including account openings, loan applications, and investment products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
