Work as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Flexibility:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Flex Team member. This role offers the flexibility to work at multiple communities within the Indianapolis market, with the ability to pick up shifts according to your availability. As a Flex Team employee, you will have access to a user-friendly mobile app, allowing you to select and confirm shifts with ease.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Ensure residents' recreational needs are met by providing activities and encouraging participation in programs and events.
  • Assist with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, and providing proper fluid requirements.
  • Remind residents to take medication and open containers and packages as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on residents' conditions and changes in conditions to other staff members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and dignity of each resident.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Indiana.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in senior living.
