Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fayville, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
- Ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work with a diverse population.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and electronically.
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and adapt to changing situations.
