Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fayville, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in various settings, including home care and community-based settings.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, utilizing electronic documentation systems.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work with diverse populations.
