Product Advocate

We are looking for a Product Advocate to join our team at LexisNexis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth by providing expert services to ensure customers get the most out of our products, content, and tools. Your goal is to understand, meet, and exceed customer needs, leading to long-term retention and ongoing revenue generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create a territory account plan to support assigned corporate legal customers
- Provide consultative services to customers to maximize use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and tools
- Collaborate with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans
- Identify and share leads/opportunities with sales reps and/or Product Specialists
- Conduct virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to promote LexisNexis product, solutions, and content in the marketplace
- Collect feature/function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members
- Utilize all required processes, tools, and systems
- Effectively partner and collaborate across teams
- Build strong relationships internally and externally
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven sales or training experience and a Bachelor's degree. Juris Doctorate or degree in legal studies is preferred along with the ability to interact with C-level executives. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to travel to client sites (nominally, estimated at less than 10%). The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
