About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Manager to lead our municipal administration team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city, including finance, human resources, public works, and community development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive economic growth and community development
  • Oversee the management of municipal debt and financial operations
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize city operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and streamline business development, job creation, and economic growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote the city's interests
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in business or public administration or a related field
  • Progressively responsible related experience in municipal government or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
