Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our sales and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome on-site visitors and determine the purpose of their visit
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, and sorting mail
  • Be the main point of contact with customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Assist the Sales Department and Admin Department as needed
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the showroom and work area
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service capacity
  • Pleasant and professional phone and in-person etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
