Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our community. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone switchboard services and facilitate smooth communication internally and externally.
  • Assist residents and team members with daily operations and tasks.
  • Monitor and advise on emergency situations to maintain safety and security.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least 6 months of clerical experience and/or training.
  • Experience working with seniors and intergenerational programming is preferred.
