Registered Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Cardiac Stepdown role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in a Cardiac Stepdown setting.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Experience in a Cardiac Stepdown or similar setting, with a strong understanding of cardiac care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as stand for long periods.
