Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Southborough, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
