Key Responsibilities- Property Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure the property remains in good condition.
- Customer Service: Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Supervision and Work Direction: Supervise and manage maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage maintenance inventory, including ordering and stocking parts and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Perform daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; pool and HVAC certification preferred, boiler certification if applicable.
- Experience: Three plus years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
- Physical and Cognitive Abilities: Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds; occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
- Driver Requirements (if applicable): Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable means of transportation, ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving, and proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
