Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute turnaround plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with various departments.
- Coordinate preliminary activities such as defining project scope, assessing risks, planning resources, and sourcing necessary materials.
- Oversee the execution of turnaround tasks, including contractor oversight, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies throughout the turnaround process.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify any discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as required.
- Work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and other departments to enhance turnaround efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct evaluations post-turnaround to assess performance, gather insights, and promote continuous improvement for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, along with 7 years of experience in Turnaround Coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, project planning methodologies, and turnaround industry standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Capability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results within stringent timelines.
