  2. Coordinate preliminary activities such as defining project scope, assessing risks, planning resources, and sourcing necessary materials.
  3. Oversee the execution of turnaround tasks, including contractor oversight, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards.
  4. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies throughout the turnaround process.
  5. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify any discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as required.
  6. Work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and other departments to enhance turnaround efficiency and reduce downtime.
  7. Conduct evaluations post-turnaround to assess performance, gather insights, and promote continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, along with 7 years of experience in Turnaround Coordination.
  2. In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, project planning methodologies, and turnaround industry standards.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  5. Capability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results within stringent timelines.
