Per Diem Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to work on a per diem basis in our Overland Park, Kansas location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • A degree from an accredited school of nursing
