Job Title: Test and Validation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team at Nightwing. As a Test and Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, upgrading, and maintaining various types of electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate electronic equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and implement test procedures to track and report status to management
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and fellow team members to resolve issues and devise creative solutions
Requirements:
  • Basic experience with test equipment
  • Fundamental understanding of RF electronics theory
  • Competency with desktop computing and application programs (Microsoft Office, email, instant messaging, databases)
  • Organized, innovative team player
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
Desired Skills:
  • Solid understanding of RF, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and Cellular technologies
  • Advanced experience with test equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:

An Associates degree with equivalent experience or a BS degree with no experience required. Additionally, candidates without a degree who have 8+ years of work experience will be considered.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
