Job Summary

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and needs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience, using basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
  • Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise, introducing current sales, promotions, and brand initiatives to gain customer loyalty.
  • Follow the Company's Customer FIRST model, completing sales transactions and maintaining proper accountability at registers.
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction, maintaining the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
  • Assist in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours, adhering to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Share feedback and ideas with management to improve store processes.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Must be energetic and charismatic, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity.
  • Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
