The Hillman Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a District Retail Merchandiser. This role plays a critical part in improving the consumer buying experience by creating and implementing merchandising solutions in the Eau Claire and Wausau areas.

The successful candidate will execute merchandising resets, build retail displays, and manage merchandising of impulse items. They will implement planograms, build displays, place new items, and rotate stock. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with business partners.

In this role, you will work closely with in-store personnel to ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
