Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Adhere to established Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Understand Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and predictive and preventative maintenance concepts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Possess knowledge and ability to repair pneumatic, electrical, drive, and mechanical systems.
- Teamwork: Manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with the team to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Training and Development: Train new mechanics/operators and enhance overall G&O core competencies.
- Troubleshooting: Refine troubleshooting skills and methods to reduce/eliminate recurring problems.
- Equipment Operation: Master equipment operational sequences and identify root causes.
- Research and Communication: Use computers/equipment manuals to diagnose/order components and communicate effectively with the team.
- Education: A minimum of an Associate's degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, with high-speed manufacturing experience a plus.
- Skills: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, professional communication, and sound decision-making skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
