Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director, Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Specialist collaborates in the design, management, and project implementation of high organizational and client complexity to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Child Care Resource Center (CCRC). This position utilizes systems thinking/improvement, interest holder engagement, cross-agency partnerships, strategic planning, change management, project management methodology, and process facilitation to support the Agency's Vision, Mission, and Values and bring to fruition the People & Culture strategic initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners

Child Care Resource Center is a leading provider of child development and early education services, workforce development opportunities, child care financial assistance, Head Start preschool, and Early Head Start services. We serve close to 50,000 parents, children, and child care providers each month in Northern Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County, covering a total geographic area of 22,500 square miles.
