This position entails the following key responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough process evaluations to identify inefficiencies,
  • Performing comprehensive root cause analyses to address production challenges,
  • Formulating strategic improvement plans aimed at operational excellence,
  • Implementing lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline processes,
  • Analyzing production data to uncover trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement,
  • Ensuring compliance with company production and quality benchmarks,
  • Collecting and analyzing production metrics to recommend corrective actions that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, coupled with three to five years of relevant experience, or seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles, Kaizen methodologies, Six Sigma practices, and 5S techniques is preferred.
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts, including probability, statistical inference, and the fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. The ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world scenarios is essential.
  • Capability to address practical problems and navigate various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. The ability to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats is required.
