American Girl NYC Community Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Community and Event Coordinator to join our team at the American Girl New York City retail store. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement and revenue growth through the planning and execution of group parties, sales, and store events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of event planning, coordination, and communication, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, VIPs, and community partners to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the store team to assign roles and responsibilities, provide training and support, and ensure all system requirements are met.
- Process contracts, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate records.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, party planning, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work days, evenings, and holidays, with a focus on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
