Key Responsibilities- Meet with existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client information, insurance plans, and sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and regulations to effectively advise clients on their insurance options.
- Pursue new business opportunities through sales strategies, including cold calling and networking.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Success-driven and passionate about providing solutions to clients.
- Licenses: Property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses are required before attending our paid training program.
