Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home and Community-Based Services Aide to provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals to remain in their own homes.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing support and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assisting with household tasks essential to clients' personal care
  • Reporting observations of clients' conditions to the Agency Director or accounts manager
  • Notifying the Agency Director immediately in the event of any incidents or accidents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six months of experience in home care
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patients' needs
  • Ability to function in any home situation, regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization
