Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and facilitate group therapy sessions and perform patient intake evaluations tailored to the clinic's requirements and established best practices.
  • Treatment Development and Monitoring:
    • Assist in the formulation of treatment plans.
    • Participate in mandatory meetings, including on-site staff and multidisciplinary team discussions.
    • Accurately and promptly document all relevant treatment information in the electronic patient health record.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Flexible and responsive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) is preferred.
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in a relevant area.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure in accordance with state regulations.
