Job Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse Float Pool member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  • Performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments
  • Documenting patient care given
  • Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and ambulation
  • Collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient care and support needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing
  • Current Kentucky RN state licensure or compact licensure
  • 1-2 years of experience as a bedside RN
  • 2-4 years of critical care experience preferred
