Job Summary:

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team as a Float Phlebotomist. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood and other specimens from patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process blood and other specimens from patients in a variety of settings
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
  • Travel between worksites to provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record for the past three years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
