Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM RiskAudit Professional to lead our Segment Risk Specialist team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions, including provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and privileged access management.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM services offered by cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. They will be able to analyze technical data, document their findings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

We are looking for a critical thinker who can evaluate risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate threats. The ideal candidate will have a process-oriented mindset, be able to prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IAM risk audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IAM risks
  • Provide training and support to employees on IAM best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with IAM functions
  • 1-2 years of experience in Audit or Risk roles
  • Basic understanding of IAM services offered by cloud service providers
  • Logical and organized problem solver
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry
  • KPI/KRI metrics and reporting experience
  • Prior experience with application integrations with authentication/authorization services
  • Prior experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, Delinea
