Job Overview

New Way Trucks is a family-owned company with a strong commitment to excellence in heavy manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality garbage truck bodies and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint and primer to products using spray guns, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Assist in the preparation process, including tacking, masking, and drying.
  • Clean and maintain paint guns, pots, and filtration systems to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Work with the safety department to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations.
  • Inspect own work and make corrections as needed, completing inspection forms.
  • Operate a forklift to move around garbage truck assemblies.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in automotive or industrial painting.
  • 1 year of experience in forklift operation.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
