Patient Cases Include:
Pediatric male, vent/trach/gtube - Night shifts with rotating weekends
Female, trach/vent/gtube - Day shifts, Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Pediatric female, gtube - Night shifts with rotating weekends
Female, trach/vent/gtube - Full-time night shift position available

Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care safely and promptly using recognized nursing skills and best practices as defined by Adoration's quality assurance team.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings while adhering to current COVID safety protocols and coordinating appropriate patient care.
Deliver nursing interventions that support patient rehabilitation and achieve quality, outcome-driven results.
Provide compassionate nursing care while collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team as necessary.
Adjust the nursing care plan as needed to ensure patients reach their maximum potential.
Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's Primary Care Physician, including instruction and monitoring.
Implement medication orders, conduct reviews, and monitor medication discontinuation as coordinated with the patient's Primary Care Physician.
Perform patient assessments and assist in developing the patient's care plan with other interdisciplinary team members.
Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as appropriate.
Communicate changes in the client's medical needs to the physician and nursing supervisor through documentation and other communication methods.
Complete timely documentation of all patient care, including progress notes, summaries, and discharges in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Assist in creating and implementing an individualized treatment plan that promotes the patient's swift recovery at home.
Understand and adhere to safe nursing practices and know when to report patient events to the nursing supervisor promptly.
Help maintain and update nursing, pharmacy, infection control, and health and safety policies and procedures as requested.
Be a strong self-motivator who is comfortable working with a supportive clinical team.
Be proficient in learning or using electronic medical record and documentation software (WellSky).
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited nursing college with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state required.
One year of nursing experience in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics, or other relevant settings preferred.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
Current CPR certification.
