Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans, taking into account the unique needs of patients, families, and communities.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Assess the condition and needs of patients, families, and communities, and take appropriate interventions to address any issues.
- Counsel and teach patients and families about health promotion and disease prevention.
- Provide direction and guidance to non-licensed personnel in assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring quality care is delivered.
- Develop, plan, and implement effective nursing care programs, taking into account the needs of patients, families, and communities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
- Possession of a valid Oklahoma license as a registered nurse, as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Two years of professional nursing experience in a field of nursing appropriate to the healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality care delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
