Job Description

As an Energy Surveyor at ERA Energy, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing defects in properties. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to specify appropriate remedial work and schedule tasks accordingly. Your expertise will be essential in specifying materials, equipment, and joinery required for the job.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to collect information on age, number of floors, building type, and heating and hot water systems.
  • Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data relevant to features of the Earth's surface.
  • Work with clients to identify and prioritize remedial work, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are specified and ordered.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule work and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you may need to walk long distances, navigate rugged terrain, and stand for extended periods. You will also need to lift moderately heavy items and bend, crouch, and stretch repeatedly.


Benefits

As an Energy Surveyor at ERA Energy, you can expect a competitive salary of $30,000.00, paid bi-weekly through a W2 payment structure. After five years of service, you will be eligible for retirement benefits.
