About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Child Abuse Pediatrician to join our Children at Risk Evaluation (CARE) Center. The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Abuse Pediatrician or a Board Certified General Pediatrician with experience in child abuse and neglect.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and initiate treatment for children of suspected physical or sexual abuse and neglect
- Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, and social workers to provide comprehensive care
- Provide consultation services for suspected child maltreatment cases admitted to our inpatient units
- Participate in the accreditation process for our Child Advocacy Center
