Job Summary

The Moore Center is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive early intervention services to infants and toddlers enrolled in our Family-Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with children, families, and other members of the FCESS team to provide individualized therapy and service coordination.
  • Conduct written evaluations to assess child development and identify areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement speech therapy plans to support child development and progress.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to enhance their ability to support child development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including written carry-over activity suggestions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, co-visits, and peer supervision activities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Complete required annual trainings and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current State of New Hampshire license in Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours.
  • Professional experience working with young children and their families.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
