About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide professional speech/language pathology services to clients/patients of all ages, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans to address their communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and environment to identify communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Evaluate and update treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Integrate problem-solving methodologies and quality improvement strategies to resolve patient care and organizational challenges
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology required
  • Equivalent of one year of experience in a staff speech/language pathologist position in a relevant work setting required
  • Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association required
  • Licensed by the Board of Speech/Language Pathology required
