Make a Difference in Patient Care
Wellpath is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment programs under the supervision of RNs, administering medications and performing diagnostic tests as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
- CPR certification.
