Job Description

At Northern Arizona Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a key member of our nursing department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, education, and discharge planning to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and conditions by gathering relevant patient health information.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to patient experience by providing quality and safe patient care, respecting patient privacy, and treating all patients, family members, and guests with dignity and respect.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in creating and sustaining a learning environment supported by evidence-based practice and research.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing - Required
  • Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.) - Required
  • Previous circulating experience - Preferred
