Radiology Associates of Daytona is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in various technical procedures, including in vivo and in vitro studies.
- Operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation, including stationary imaging devices and scintillation gamma apparatus.
- Calibrate and prepare radiopharmaceutical materials for administration to patients.
- Evaluate recorded images for technical quality and process computerized image data.
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of nuclear medicine technology.
- Minimum of one year of experience in nuclear medicine, preferably with PET/CT training.
- Current licensure by the State of Florida and ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification.
