Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Good Shepherd Health Care. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and providing support to our departmental efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide superior customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist with patient access, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  3. Collaborate with Patient Access department staff to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred associate's degree in business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital experience, with a preference for bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking candidates.
  • Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
