Role: Senior Engineer/Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a balanced portfolio of experience in both public and private sector projects. This senior-level position is integral to our client services team, ensuring the successful execution of projects through effective leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and direct daily engineering operations of assigned staff to achieve project objectives.
  2. Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding engineering project details, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
  3. Participate in initial client discussions and project kickoffs to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  4. Assist in the development of project proposals, detailing scope, pricing, timelines, and resource allocations.
  5. Review technical approaches and deliverables to ensure compliance with client objectives and regulatory standards.
  6. Conduct necessary research and data analysis for project design, including zoning regulations and environmental considerations.
  7. Coordinate with governmental agencies to ensure project compliance and approval.
  8. Identify additional client requests outside the original contract scope and manage change orders accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in land and site development.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Georgia is required.
  • Proficient in CAD software.
