This is a full-time position that will provide comprehensive case management and ambulatory behavioral health services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate members' psychological and mental status, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and modalities
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, and supportive therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support assessments and decision-making
  • Conduct regular discussions with updates to member primary care physicians and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain high-level clinical expertise, staying current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
  • Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions in patient medical records, adhering to departmental and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
  • Passing score on the clinical level national board examination
  • Supervised clinical social work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 467E-7
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association
