About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Professional to join our team in our Raleigh and Durham offices. In this role, you will provide exceptional clinical support to our healthcare providers and patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately rooming patients, assisting with phone duties, and ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers and nurses. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow each provider's protocol when rooming patients and report any problems to the nurse.
  • Accurately monitor and record vital signs.
  • Accurately and proficiently transcribe medications, take medical histories, and initiate neurology visits per clinical update in EHR.
  • Report to the nurse any changes or concerns after rooming a patient.
  • Ability to maintain schedule for the day and keep flow going between healthcare providers and nurses.
  • Phone duties including prescription refills, records, reports, etc. as directed by the nurse.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of and ability with computer systems.
  • Must have training in the field of Medical Assisting including current certification or registry in Medical Assisting (CMA or RMA).
  • Sensitivity to patient problems and concerns.
  • Current BLS certification.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid time off, and life insurance.
