As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, permitting, and preparing drawings and technical specifications for solid waste disposal facilities, including coal combustion residual (CCR) facilities, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design, analyze, permit, and prepare drawings and technical specifications for solid waste disposal facilities, including CCR facilities, and industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in solid waste engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure with the ability to secure a P.E. in the State of Tennessee.
- B.S. in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering (M.S. a plus).
- Strong project management skills, leadership ability, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Autodesk Civil 3D.
