Job Title: Clinic-based ABA Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic-based ABA Paraprofessional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and their families.

Job Summary:

The Clinic-based ABA Paraprofessional will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor to provide ABA services in a clinic setting. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct 1:1 services to children in a clinic setting
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Student Analyst
  • Assist with activities of daily living and model appropriate social and play skills
  • Collect ongoing data to track child's progress and follow specified goals and accommodations
  • Attend and participate in relevant trainings and meetings
  • Work collaboratively with parents, the Clinical Supervisor, Treatment Coordinator, and other professionals
Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Successful passing of background check
  • RBT Certification or willingness to become certified
