Fitness Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience at our fitness center.
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Conduct tours of our facilities and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
- Customer service background preferred, with a passion for fitness and health.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, as well as exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact with members and co-workers in a professional manner.
This role requires continual standing and walking during shifts, as well as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Employees may also encounter toxic chemicals during their shift.
Please note that employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor). PFHQ neither dictates nor controls labor or employment matters for franchisees or their employees.
