Food Safety Trainer

As a Food Safety Trainer at Whole Foods Market, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained in our stores. This includes organizing and delivering training programs for team members on food safety procedures, sanitation protocols, and occupational safety practices. You will work closely with store leadership and team members to ensure that all training is completed on time and to a high standard. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating team-specific operational training, including Operational Learning Pathways and team-specific program rollouts. You will also be expected to maintain accurate training records using Whole Foods Market's learning systems.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training programs on food safety procedures, sanitation protocols, and occupational safety practices
- Work with store leadership and team members to ensure all training is completed on time and to a high standard
- Facilitate team-specific operational training, including Operational Learning Pathways and team-specific program rollouts
- Maintain accurate training records using Whole Foods Market's learning systems
- 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training experience)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
