Overview:
Compass Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Assistant to support the Children's Intensive Services (WISe) program in Everett. This program is designed to assist children and their families within their community, promoting a least restrictive environment through the Wraparound process (WISe).

Program Goals:
The Children's Intensive Outpatient Services aim to:
1. Honor family voice and choice.
2. Identify strengths and build natural supports.
3. Foster self-sufficiency among youth and families.

Wraparound teams deliver comprehensive behavioral health services to Medicaid-eligible individuals up to 21 years of age, addressing complex behavioral health needs. The ultimate goal is to enable eligible youth to thrive in their homes and communities while minimizing disruptive out-of-home placements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to assist clinical teams with minimal supervision.
- Triage communications and coordinate interactions between the team and clients.
- Provide assistance to clients, families, and external agencies in addressing inquiries.
- De-escalate situations while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Offer general clerical support to clinical and medical staff as needed.
- Demonstrate respect for diversity and a commitment to developing multicultural competency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
- Monitor client records, clinical documentation, and necessary reports.
- Ensure the safekeeping of client protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.
- Conduct data entry and schedule appointments as required.
- Provide administrative support, including word processing, filing, faxing, and copying.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA Degree preferred.
- Experience in medical, mental health, or social services preferred.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Excellent client and customer service abilities.

Skills:
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude when addressing conflicts or challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in general computer use, including electronic medical record systems and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
