You will be tasked with delivering and implementing solutions within your category area while collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise strategies for various initiatives, including product launches, search optimization, and online promotions execution.
Your Impact:
- Facilitating merchant teams in executing their online strategies to foster growth by curating an appealing assortment on our platform.
- Leading cross-divisional projects aimed at enhancing product detail page (PDP) content health through member feedback and curated content.
- Boosting online item discoverability, ensuring members can easily locate desired products through search and browsing functionalities, while guaranteeing product availability in preferred delivery methods.
- Executing events with excellence and collaborating with cross-functional partners to secure equitable access to ecommerce inventory.
- Continuously seeking innovative ideas to enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve member experiences.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in site merchandising, website management, or ecommerce.
- At least 2 years of experience with web analytics and a Project Management certification.
