Primary Clinician

At Oriana House, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary/Group Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating Cognitive Behavior Management (CBM), Contingency Management, and Self-Help meetings.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client appropriateness for services, using DSM5/ICD10 criteria for substance use disorder.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, confidential, and organized case files for each assigned client.
- Comply with documentation requirements and program policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Provide education and orientation to clients on facility/program rules, client rights, and grievance procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans, addressing identified problems and needs associated with their substance use disorder.
- Assist clients in reviewing and updating treatment plans, including new goals, objectives, interventions, and activities.
- Group clinicians provide 8 hours or more of group services per week.
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- LCDCII, LCDCIII, LPC, or LSW licensure required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulations governing client information disclosure and record storage.
